The parcel is located at 950 Orcutt Road, boasting a desirable location adjacent to the San Luis Obispo bike path, allowing residents to easily access downtown and the industrial office corridor. Anticipated groundbreaking is early summer 2019.

Park West at Stockdale River Ranch, LLC was formed to purchase a 17.624 net acre land parcel located at the southeast corner of Stockdale Highway and Heath Road, where Stockdale Highway meets the new Westside Parkway, in Bakersfield, California, and to develop, own and operate a 312-unit garden style multifamily community on that parcel. This development is in partnership with Bolthouse Properties LLC and is the first multifamily community within their larger Stockdale River Ranch master planned development. Bakersfield continues to be a strong rental market, with an increasing population and positive job growth. Anticipated groundbreaking is late summer 2019.
