Through Presidio Capital Partners and its affiliated firm, Fuller Apartment Homes, Inc, Andrew has acquired, built, developed, rehabilitated, and operated over 1,500 class A multifamily units within Kern County and along the Central Coast of California.  Additionally, Andrew has worked extensively in the commercial real estate field via ground-up development and construction, consulting, private equity placement, and transactional work.  Financing for most projects is secured through private investor equity capital within limited liability partnerships and commercial bank or life insurance company debt. Andrew is also the president of Santa Barbara Commercial Mortgage, Inc. (another Presidio affiliate) which acts as a lender of private investor capital for commercial senior mortgage transactions.

Andrew received his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business where he was recognized as an undergraduate with the Ralph Carson Award for outstanding achievement.  Andrew currently holds the professional license designations of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA),  California Real Estate Broker, and California Licensed General Building Contractor. Previous license designations include Series 65 Registered Investment Advisor, and NASD Securities / Broker Series 7, 66, and 24.

Andrew was born and reared in Santa Barbara where he currently resides with his wife and two grown daughters nearby. As an alumni of San Marcos High School, and his daughters alumnae of Santa Barbara High, Andrew’s roots run deep in the Santa Barbara community.
