CONNECT is a 78 unit multifamily project combined with 6,800 sq. ft. of commercial space in a four-building campus. San Luis Obispo is located on California’s Central Coast and has won recent awards as 'America’s Happiest City', '#1 College Town in America', and 'California’s Top City to Visit' among others. San Luis Obispo sits near the California Coast and is in the heart of California’s wine country. CONNECT will be located near downtown San Luis Obispo in the desirable east side of the city.
