Park West at Stockdale River Ranch

Park West is a 312 unit multifamily project located in desirable southwest Bakersfield within the Stockdale River Ranch master-planned community. Park West is a sister project to the nearby 224 unit Park Square at Seven Oaks, which was developed by Presidio in 2015. Both projects reside within master-planned communities developed by Bolthouse Properties, Bakersfield’s largest developer and landowner. Park West will be located at the entrance to the new Westside Parkway, allowing for quick access to employment centers, downtown, and shopping. Bakersfield is one of California’s most productive cities, winning awards for economic growth, job creation, and overall affordability. Recently Amazon broke ground on a 2.5 million sq. ft. distribution center that will create 2,000 new jobs in the city.

Park West will be located within the Stockdale River Ranch community and will be surrounded by new single family homes, new retail shopping, and a 20-acre park for residents.
